The European Network of Policy Incubators

is a non-partisan think-tank for scientific and policy research.


It analyzes post-sovereign entities in governing sustainability transitions, resilience and fragility as main concepts towards the achievement of planetary sustainable development. 

Its mission is to become a foundation university.

§1. commits to the following values:

  1. Societal welfare, achieved predominantly through upscaleable research.
  2. Ecological sustainability, driven by the globalization of wellbeing and intergenerational equity.
  3. Technocracy, respectively the rule of science bound with the rule of law as a just end of transforming the externalities of global capitalism.
  4. Inclusivity, achieved through substituting electoral democracy with experimental direct, liquid, deliberative, consultative and quasi-capitalist tools.
  5. Interdisciplinarity, resp. the necessary insight into the parallelisms between internal and external dimensions of post-sovereign entities as the mean towards solving externalities of the human-environment interactions.
  6. Justice, fairness and equity, as the possibly trinity in its actions towards planetary sustainable development.

§2. executes the following activities and services:

  1. Dissemination of science-policy analyses.
  2. Deployment of policy interventions in the form of large scale ad-hoc think-tanks.
  3. Analysis and codification of legislation.
  4. Management of scientific consortia.
  5. Capacity building exercises.
  6. Provision of certifications.

The #Sustainability Project provides an ecological sustainability response to the preponderance of neo-liberal economics and deregulation that have brought numerous forms of injustice and disparity to the current neo-liberal trading system. In particular, assesses in how far the Circularity and other low-carbon models can provide an answer to structuring globalization in a world, where states and post-sovereign entities compete to globalize themselves. Additionally, it ponders over the desired and unintended non-trade consequences of economic adaptation.

1-07Project #Governance

The #Governance project ponders over the future of the European construct, both in terms of its governance structures and interface mechanisms, as well as on the particular effects and externalities of policy-making domestically and internationally. Its vital subject focus is the optimization and the legitimization of the European institutional ecosystem. It consists of a series of policy briefs that propose particular solutions and policy papers that are putting forward a set of recommendations.

The #Regionalism project explores geo-spatial and regional integration multipolarity in today’s world. The series of articles within it investigate the particular role of regionalism as a post-sovereign response to the externalities of globalization. It investigates LAC, EEU, ASEAN, SAARC, AU/ACP and their governance of key issues related to natural capital, good governance and sustainable trade.
